I strive to be a pro-active, knowledgeable, and trusted teammate to all of my clients. I wish to be as supportive as possible in the successful purchase into your 1st home, dream home, down-sized home, or investment property. I initiate your buying process with a questionnaire to determine what are the most important criteria for you in a new property - size, location, price, etc...
I create a personalized website for you where suitable properties matching your criteria are emailed/uploaded directly to you. As a full-time agent, I provide daily market information in regards to local neighborhood knowledge, specifically new properties on the market, price reductions, and properties coming onto the market. I will tour properties with you and provide a showing guide for you to take notes as we carefully analyze the pros/cons of each property together. I will also preview properties for you if you are out-of-town and need "quick" action on a "hot" property. With thorough in-depth market analysis/review, we determine the best offer price for the property you wish to purchase and I work very closely with you through the negotiation process.
Also, as a designed Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) I will convey your best interests to a seller with the ultimate goal being to reach an agreeable offer to purchase between both parties. I present your offer promptly, provide you with my professional experience, and advise you on how to respond to any counter-proposals and other aspects of the negotiation process. I closely monitor your contract from offer to closing, keeping you informed on how the transaction is moving along, and will notify you of any action items for you to complete. I walk with you through the often challenging inspection process and advise you on the Inspection Notice. I co-ordinate and assemble and team for you and work closely with your lender, the title company, and any inspectors or contractors involved in the purchase process. I accompany you to the closing, to ensure your transaction closes and your property is properly conveyed. Ultimately, I strive to a trusted advocate that you would gladly refer to your family, friends, co-workers/associates.
